Tomas be many situations and people present around us and of all of them we only must keep what is positive and good for us.
Autonomy, subjective well-being, emotional potential and competitiveness are part of the factors that mental hygiene must take care of. It is important to note that the absence of a recognized mental disorder (such as schizophrenia or psychosis) does not imply mental well-being.
An individual’s mental health is reflected in their daily behavior and is linked to the ability to manage their fears and anxieties, control anxiety, face difficulties and relieve tension. All people should be able to lead an independent life without interpersonal relationships affecting their decision-making and resolution power.
Mental hygiene must be maintained by everyone through positive habits that allow them to maintain internal balance. The positive evaluation of their own and others’ traits, emotional catharsis and strengthening self-esteem are some of the issues that any person must work on to protect their mental hygiene and to avoid psychological imbalances that prevent them from functioning normally.
