During the Lawrence City Council meeting held June 19th, District F City Councilor Marc Laplante presented resolutions from the Lawrence City Council to the top 2018 Lawrence graduates from Central Catholic High School and Greater Lawrence Technical School.
This year, the Council recognized two students for their grade point average and where they will attend school in the fall.
From Central Catholic, Leah Cedeno graduated with a GPA of 4.2, and will continue her studies at Emerson College.
From Greater Lawrence Technical School, Dianny Lora Reyes, graduated with a GPA of 4.37 and will enter UMass Amherst to continue her studies.
This is the 7th year that the District F councilor has sponsored this recognition.
