Costa Eagle Broadcasting dedicated the WCCM 1110 studio to the memory of Bruce Arnold on November 20, 2015. It will now be referred to as “The Bruce Arnold Studio.”
With more than 55 years on the local radio station, Bruce became the Voice of the Merrimack Valley. He was widely loved and respected by his audience because he was the perfect gentleman; never uttered a negative comment or insult to anyone. His broadcasts were a mix of information, curiosity and concern for others.
This tribute took place in the studio and during the presentation on the air, Pat Costa expressed what Bruce meant to him, WCCM and all around him with his voice breaking with emotion.
Having worked with him for over ten years, I was proud to share with him the day he was inducted in the Massachusetts Hall of Fame. There is no one I know more deserving than Bruce to be so honored.
