Appalling conditions of important
city records
BY DALIA DÍAZ :: A couple of weeks ago, a City Hall employee needed to search for some old documents upon the retirement of a city employee and what she encountered was so appalling that she complained to the mayor’s offi ce. The conditions under which she found important information was so dreadful that the city is now tracking what went wrong and who is responsible for such a mess.
